Are the boats stationary on the water?

Yes, you don't have to worry about rough motion! Our harbor lodges and houseboats are securely and safely moored to the docks in the marina. There is barely any wave action here, and at most, you will only occasionally feel a very gentle sway. Even guests who get seasick very easily find their stay here to be wonderfully stable and relaxing.

Are the houseboats also comfortable and warm in winter?

Yes, even in winter, you can sleep comfortably on a boat at Marina Parcs. Our harbor lodges and houseboats are well-insulated, making them a wonderful place to stay in any season.
